Tweaking Desktop QA Triage Meetings

Anthony Hughes

I’m writing to let everyone know that I’m going to be tweaking the Desktop QA triage meetings over the next little while in an effort to make them more accessible and inclusive. To those of you who may not be aware, the Desktop QA team runs triage meetings every Tuesday at 9am and Friday at 2pm. I’ll have more information on this as I tinker, but there is one immediate change I’d like to share.

I’m going to stop organizing the Friday triage meetings. The Friday meetings have been ineffective largely because they conflict with whatever testday we have going on that day. Given that triage is typically integrated into the testday activities, it seems unnecessary to have a competing triage event.

On a side note, the Tuesday triage meeting this week will be moved to Wednesday as we’ll be very busy releasing Firefox 15.

Thanks everyone who has helped with the triage and thank you for your patience as we work to make improvements.
