Take a minute, or an hour, and help out real people with real problems. You don’t need to be a SUMO or Firefox expert! If you get stuck, stop by #SUMO to get some real-time advice.
You can go directly to SUMO Questions and start helping. You can use the new filter tool to find an area like printers or add-ons, or even by OS/Mobile versions.
We have created an Etherpad where we list participants and a bunch of helpful quick canned responses to common user issues.
We’ll also be hanging out in the #SUMO IRC channel. Come by and hang out with contributors.
Just a little bit of work can build a lot of good will within our user base- making people happy is really easy!
