Hi QA-Team,

Please join the Mozilla QA Community for a testday on Wednesday, November 7, 2007!

We will test the upcoming Release of Mozilla Thunderbird 2.0.0.9

The event will run Wednesday, November 7, 2007, from 7am - 5pm PDT.

You can download the Release Candidate here !

How you can help with this test day:

First join us in #testday on irc.mozilla.org. The choose one or more of
the following things to do:

  • Run Basic Functional Tests (bft) or Full Functional Tests (fft) in
    Litmus.  Ask for help in the testday channel if you're not familiar with Litmus. If a testcase is terribly unclear, mark it as such.
  • Ad-hoc testing of features and bug filing: Check out IMAP/POP3 Handling, RSS, Mail filter, Newsgroup functionally etc. If you see an issue, raise it in
    #testday so people there can confirm it.  Then search for the bug in Bugzilla . If it's not on file, log the bug and again mention it in #testday so that it can be confirmed.
