Hi QA-Team,
Please join the Mozilla QA Community for a testday on Friday, November 2nd, 2007!
We will test the OS Integration piece in Firefox nightly builds in preparation for Firefox 3. This Testday covers OS Integration as it relates to Vista and Mac, especially the new Mac 10.5 release of Leopard!
The event will run Friday, November 2nd, 2007, from 7am - 5pm PDT.
How you can help with this test day:
First join us in #testday on irc.mozilla.org. The choose one or more of
the following things to do:
- Run Basic Functional Tests (bft) of Full Functional Tests (fft) in Litmus and tests the OS Integration Components like our testsuites for Mac OS Leopard and Microsoft Vista . Ask for help in the testday channel if you're not familiar with Litmus. If a testcase is terribly unclear, mark it as such.
- Ad-hoc testing of features and bug filing: Check out OS Integration, especially on Mac 10.4 / 10.5 Leopard and Vista by using as much of the features as you can. If you see an issue, raise it in #testday so people there can confirm it. Then search for the bug in Bugzilla . If it's not on file, log the bug and again mention it in #testday so that it can be confirmed.
