The MozQA community is holding a Testday on Friday, October 30th, for users interested in the use, development and/or testing of Mozmill! We're going to have the Mozmill team available to help create automated test cases, perform exploratory testing on Mozmill and just generally chat about the project for the community via IRC Chat (channel #testday on irc://irc.mozilla.org). So, if you're interested, come on by anytime between 7AM to 5PM PDT this Friday!

Use Pastebin URLs to send code snippets to other members. To add any testscripts created, please attach them to a bugzilla bug that will be linked in the chat room topic as well as here on the day of the testday. Make sure to follow the instructions listed.
 
You can use the test writing guide as a way to guide in creating a new test file. Further instructions will be available as we get closer to the testday. Check out some of the already created testscripts in our MozMill Testscript Repository!

Here's some of the things we're planning on doing throughout the day:
 

• Go to Litmus and head over to the General Subgroup located in the Basic Functional Test Testgroup. From there, try to create some test scripts following those manual test cases!
• Perform exploratory testing on the latest MozMill build.
• Tell us what you think about your experience as well as log any bugs via Bugzilla. Make sure to add "[MozMill1.3Testday]" to the whiteboard of the bug after you have created it!
