I am new to this kind of participation so please forgive me if I am in the wrong place, and please note that my interest is in making constructive suggestions, I am not not criticizing, although the wording may be interpreted as such.
I have noticed that a lot of addons are not being policed/monitored on content and staying upto date. Here are two examples:-
1- Bookmark Scrollbar 1.0.5 the home page link takes you to a porn site. http://pimpsofpain.com/
2:- extEMM 2.0 the home page link takes you to a Microsoft developers page with no relevant information on it. http://theemm.com/
In both cases I would have expected to have reached a page with more information about the addon, its author and contact information to pass on suggestion and problems.
Do you have monitoring team that checks that the community is being "faithful to the cause" and standards are being kept?
Also I have noticed that there are a number of "out of date" addons, that only work with very old versions of FF. Is there not an automatic system for deleting them?
